Germany-Based Lanxess Plans to Add 50 Jobs in Expansion

Germany-headquartered specialty chemicals maker Lanxess, recently acquired chemical maker Chemtura, a transaction that was valued at $2.7 billion. Since the acquisition, Lanxess has doubled facilities in North America to 24 and added 2,500 employees cumulatively.
